Jewelry Terms and Conditions

Payment policy

All jewelry orders must be paid in full before any design, production or custom work begins.

In select cases, a deposit arrangement may be approved in writing by RIVASOM Co., Ltd. No production or sourcing will begin until payment or deposit confirmation has been received.

Client responsibility and care

Once jewelry has been inspected, accepted and handed over to the client, RIVASOM Co., Ltd. assumes no further responsibility for any loss, damage or defect that occurs after that.

• Any repairs, replacements or damage, including but not limited to gemstone loss, chipped stones, bent bands, loose prongs or scratches, are the client's responsibility.
• Clients are expected to handle all jewelry with care and maintain it according to professional jewelry standards.
• RIVASOM Co., Ltd. is not liable for any damage caused by mishandling, wear and tear, accidental impact, improper storage or chemical exposure.

Important: household cleaning products, sanitizers, perfumes and cosmetics can damage or discolor precious metals and gemstones. Remove jewelry before using them. Do not wear jewelry while swimming, showering or in the ocean or a pool: chlorine and saltwater can permanently damage metal finishes and gemstone settings.

Clients are strongly advised to inspect their jewelry on receipt and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. After this period, RIVASOM Co., Ltd. accepts no claims regarding defects, damage or workmanship.

Repairs and maintenance

Any repair or maintenance service after sale, if accepted by RIVASOM Co., Ltd., is subject to a new quotation and carried out at the client's cost. The company reserves the right to decline repairs for items damaged through misuse or outside modification.

Authenticity guarantee

RIVASOM Co., Ltd. guarantees that all materials used, including moissanite, lab grown diamonds, gold (9K to 22K) and sterling silver (925), are 100% genuine and verified for authenticity through reputable suppliers and testing procedures.

On request, documentation or certification can be provided to confirm gemstone origin or quality.

Gemstone replacement policy

If a gemstone is lost or damaged, a replacement may only be considered if the client provides clear and verifiable evidence that the stone was originally supplied by RIVASOM Co., Ltd.

This policy applies only to moissanite gemstones and is subject to full review and approval by the company. Replacement costs, labor fees and shipping charges are the client's responsibility.

Returns, refunds and credits

All sales are final. RIVASOM Co., Ltd. does not accept returns, issue refunds or offer credits under any circumstances.

Because all jewelry is made to order or customized to each client's specifications, no exchanges or buy-backs are possible once payment is received.

International shipping and customs

Clients shipping items to or from outside Thailand are responsible for all related costs, including international freight, customs duties, VAT and handling fees. RIVASOM Co., Ltd. does not cover or reimburse these charges.

Ownership transfer and liability

Ownership of and responsibility for each piece of jewelry transfer to the client immediately on successful delivery or in-person handover. RIVASOM Co., Ltd. bears no liability for any damage, theft or alteration after this transfer.

Acceptance of terms

By placing an order, confirming a quotation or taking delivery of any jewelry from RIVASOM Co., Ltd., the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated here.
