Jewelry Terms & Conditions

At RIVASOM Co., Ltd., we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and transparent service. To ensure a clear understanding between our company and clients, please review the following terms and conditions before placing an order, sending items for service, or engaging with our team.
1. Payment Policy
All jewelry orders must be paid in full before any design, production, or custom work begins. In certain cases, a deposit may be accepted, but only if agreed upon in writing between RIVASOM Co., Ltd. and the client. No work will commence without a confirmed payment or approved deposit agreement.
2. Repairs and Client Responsibility
If any jewelry item or gemstone is damaged, the responsibility for repair lies solely with the client. This includes damage to the setting, band, or stone. Clients must inspect their jewelry upon receipt and report any concerns within 24 hours to avoid delays or disputes.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Credits
All sales are final. RIVASOM Co., Ltd. does not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer credit under any circumstances. As all jewelry is made to order or customized to client specifications, we are unable to accept any buy-backs or exchanges once payment is made.
4. Gemstone Replacement
In the case of a lost or damaged gemstone, specifically Moissanite, a replacement may be considered only if the client can provide clear and verifiable evidence. This policy applies exclusively to Moissanite stones and is subject to review and approval by RIVASOM Co., Ltd.
5. International Shipping and Customs Fees
Clients who ship items to RIVASOM Co., Ltd. from outside Thailand are fully responsible for all associated costs, including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges. The company will not pay, absorb, or reimburse any additional fees under any circumstances.
6. Final Sale Policy
Once payment is received and an order is confirmed, all sales are considered final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. Clients are encouraged to confirm all details and ask any questions prior to finalizing their order.
