Jewelry Terms & Conditions

At RIVASOM Co., Ltd., we are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, genuine materials, and transparent service. To ensure a clear understanding between our company and all clients, please review the following terms and conditions prior to placing an order, submitting jewelry for service, or engaging with our team.

1. Payment Policy

All jewelry orders must be paid in full before any design, production, or custom work begins.
In select cases, a deposit arrangement may be approved in writing by RIVASOM Co., Ltd. No production or sourcing will commence until payment or deposit confirmation has been received.

2. Client Responsibility & Care Obligations

Once jewelry has been inspected, accepted, and handed over to the client, RIVASOM Co., Ltd. assumes no further responsibility for any loss, damage, or defect that occurs thereafter.

  • Any repairs, replacements, or damages—including but not limited to gemstone loss, chipped stones, bent bands, loose prongs, or scratches—are 100% the client’s responsibility.

  • Clients are expected to handle all jewelry with care and maintain it according to professional jewelry standards.

  • RIVASOM Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any damage caused by mishandling, wear and tear, accidental impact, improper storage, or chemical exposure.

Important: Household cleaning products, sanitizers, perfumes, and cosmetics can cause damage or discoloration to precious metals and gemstones.
Jewelry should be removed before using such products.
Do not wear jewelry while swimming, showering, or entering the ocean or swimming pool — chlorine and saltwater can permanently damage metal finishes and gemstone settings.

Clients are strongly advised to inspect their jewelry upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. After this period, RIVASOM Co., Ltd. accepts no claims regarding defects, damages, or workmanship disputes.

3. Repairs and Maintenance

Any post-sale repair or maintenance service, if accepted by RIVASOM Co., Ltd., will be subject to a new quotation and performed at the client’s cost. The company reserves the right to decline repair services for items damaged through misuse or external modification.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

RIVASOM Co., Ltd. guarantees that all materials used including Moissanite, Lab-Grown Diamonds, gold (9K–22K), and sterling silver (925) are 100% genuine and verified for authenticity through reputable suppliers and testing procedures.
Upon request, documentation or certification may be provided to confirm gemstone origin or quality.

5. Gemstone Replacement Policy

In the event of a lost or damaged gemstone, a replacement may only be considered if the client provides clear and verifiable evidence that the stone was originally supplied by RIVASOM Co., Ltd.
This policy applies exclusively to Moissanite gemstones and is subject to full review and approval by the company.
Replacement costs, labor fees, and shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Credits

All sales are final.
RIVASOM Co., Ltd. does not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer credits under any circumstances.
Because all jewelry pieces are made to order or customized to individual client specifications, no exchanges or buy-backs are permitted once payment is received.

7. International Shipping & Customs

Clients shipping items to or from outside Thailand are fully responsible for all related costs, including international freight, customs duties, VAT, and handling fees.
RIVASOM Co., Ltd. does not cover or reimburse these charges under any circumstance.

8. Ownership Transfer & Liability Release

Ownership and responsibility for each jewelry piece transfer to the client immediately upon successful delivery or in-person handover.
RIVASOM Co., Ltd. bears no liability for any damage, theft, or alteration occurring after this transfer.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, confirming a quotation, or taking delivery of any jewelry piece from RIVASOM Co., Ltd., the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
